The Waterloo area has a rich multicultural history and it is always a pleasure to experience race in my community, especially on my plate.
Learned that Kitchener opened a new Japanese restaurantoffering a top-
Premium dining experience with teppanyaki and sushi bar-
Let me do a happy Ava Odori dance!
On June, in the former Zeke feed and fuel restaurant north of King and Victoria, the Japanese fusion restaurant opened.
However, if you have ever visited Zeke\'s, please note that it is now completely unrecognizable, especially in it.
Walking into the gate, I was initially impressed by the investment made in this sultry new space.
The oversized dining room features slate, stone walls, granite, stainless steel, modern chandeliers, and rich gray and red decorations.
The stone on the table is like art in the gallery.
When the room is filled with dark wooden tables and plush chairs, you can also pull to the sushi or teppanyaki bar and enjoy a crazy food tour.
We wanted a real teppanyaki experience and booked seats at one of the bars.
Ordering is simple: each option is like a prix fix with soup, salad, dip, stir
Fried rice (
Fried or steamed)
And 19 power supplies of your choice.
In addition to the delicious food, this guarantees you a spectacular demonstration of cooking.
I ordered \"one of the two choices \"($28. 95)
Chicken and salmon.
My husband had a birthday fever ($21. 95)
A pickled beef rib eye.
This is the price for dinner, but Dake is using the same menu all day with a 20 cent discount for lunch and a complimentary fountain drink.
But why is there pop music when you can drink warm sake or green tea?
The green salad is topped with crispy vegetables covered with a thick layer of ginger sauce.
Sauce vinegar.
Next is a mushroom soup with onion. it is a bit salty, but it is quite good.
What\'s really interesting is when our private Japanese chef comes out of the kitchen and starts preparing our order teppanyaki --
Style, on the iron pan.
The cooking storm that followed was a bit like a kabuki theater, a bottle --
Juggling cocktail scene and 1 feet-
Tap the stom foot show and chin
Fireworks drops
Our chefs set things on fire and stir.
Tap, flip the bottle, and throw eggs and stir-fry vegetables in the air with rhythmic instruments.
He even built a Onion Ring Tower and turned into a circle of fire.
Once lit volcano.
Some people may think this is a cheap stimulus.
I am very happy.
I think our kids will also like the kids menu here.
Our barbecue is tender and juicy, and there are plenty of leftovers to eat.
The vegetables are crispy and have a natural taste.
Rice: It\'s delicious and comfortable.
Dessert is a must.
Especially after learning the ice cream flavors such as green tea, ginger, mango and red bean, you can try it, all of which have the choice of tempura.
We chose chocolate spring rolls with green tea ice cream ($7. 95).
Our waiter warned us that spring rolls were sweet, but I took a bite and translated it to \"sweeeeeet!
Beautifully presented in the heart
The shape of the plate is surrounded by juicy berries, whipped cream and chocolate swirls.
If you are a little adventurous and enjoy cooking and entertainment, I highly recommend the teppanyaki bar in Dake.
I want to go to sushi store next time I come.
Or come back with the kids for another teppanyaki event.
